Default g16,useing gas cleaners???

have a 97, g16, it seems two have a very noticeable mis, have changed the fuel filter, and was wondering if a product like gum out would help or hurt? it says on the bottle to add 6 oz. to 20 gal. of gas,, I thought about just 1oz. to 2 gal,, any thoughts;;;;

I've had good experience using "Sta-Bil" fuel stabilizer, in the recommended amounts, in my gas. It does seem to help to keep things from getting gummed up. Sta-Bil also makes an ethanol treatment that is supposed to be good also, but I have no direct experience with it. If your cart has a miss, I would suspect an ignition problem and not fuel. Try a new spark plug and see if that helps. Good luck - RAY

There's really no good reason to use anything but regular.
