Default hi guys looking for help finding out what I have

Well I would attach some pics but couldn't figure out so the numbers I have found are JW1-009290 and also 2007 YDRA. The questions are everything I see uses a G something number so I'm a bit confused. Any light that yall might could shine my way would be very much appretiated. I will continue to try and send pics

We only use "Jake's", a site sponsor 3" and 6" lifts. There are many out there, I'm shure other members will help.
