Secondary rewind?
Ok so pulled off secondary and found snap ring busted. Have spacer coming. Is there a trick on installing clutch back on? Winding spring and slip on?

Re: Secondary rewind?
no don't wind it . put your spacer on the correct way then the helix then the inner sheave. I took a nylon ratchet strap & went around the inner sheave as close to the shaft as possible then wraped it all the way around the passenger side frame & under the rearend with the ratchet under the rear end. have some one push in on the sheave to take some slack out of the strap before you crank on it then tighten down.install the outer sheave alliging the keyway & start the nut a few turns don't tighten it down on the strap. slid the strap out & tq the nut to proper specs.

Re: Secondary rewind?
If you're using an OEM spring with the tangs on the ends, set them at B3 and use 1/3 turn preload. Just enough to get past the next ramp. With an aftermarket spring (no tangs) there is no preload.
