Default EZGO RXV 2011 Delta Q Charging Issue

I replaced the charger port and wiring to the batteries including the battery temp sensor. Now the charger won't engage. I get one red flash and one green flash and then nothing. Delta manual seems to imply a battery overheat issue which isn't possible as it 70 degrees out and batteries haven't been charged in weeks.

Does anything need to be reset when installing a new charging port? Any thoughts?

Thanks

Is the new temp sensor wired correctly, or shorted/open maybe?

All seems to be good. Meters correctly. Could it be the actual charger?

I'd disconnect the battery side and plug it in to A/C, it should go into programming mode. If it doesn't then you have an internal charger problem. If it does, you probably have a wiring problem. Is your green interlock wire connected to anything? Make sure it is not grounded. I think I have mine disconnected.

If this is one of those infamous disposable Powerwise QEs just get rid of the thing and get a real charger. These 'smart' chargers are too smart for their own good. You're likely dealing with a failed charger. the fault is mostly a lie.
