Electric G1 motor, runs cart won’t move
G1 electric motor runs forward and backwards, cart won’t move. Took the motor off the rearend and I can turn the shaft on the rearend by hand wheels don’t turn. Any ideas? Broken axel? And if so is the axel the same as a gas g1 axel?
Thank you in advance, Bryan |

Re: Electric G1 motor, runs cart won’t move
I have had a couple of those axels snap. I am surprised because they are beefy enough. Jack up each rear wheel and see if you have a free spinning, wobbly wheel.
The axles are not the same as a gas G1 and difficult to find. I have had customers find a shorter or longer axel and take it to a good welder to have it modified to the correct length. |
