Default Is the charger for my 2007 Drive Bad?

Several weeks back I played 18 holes and charged the cart up. The next morning, I put it in reverse and it stood still and just shuttered. My first guess was the motor brushes were stuck. I had the golf cart manager at our club come by and take a look. He took the car and charger back to his house and took the motor off and repaired the brushes. He said the water was low in all the batteries and three were bad. They're only 3 years old. The charger would not shut off either. He had it on for over 8 hours.

I now have it back and the charger meter will only drop to about half after it's been on a few hours and the battery meter is flashing low and will not come up. However, I charge it a few hours and can play 18 hours with no issues. The charger is an Accusense DPI

I charged it for a few hours and took the following readings

Battery pack 51.5v Under load 47.5v
All six batteries 8.5v Under load 7.8v

The cart runs fast and long, but battery meter is flasing and charger won't shut off. Do you think it's the charger? The batteries seem fine

Sounds like your batteries are ok. You need to frequently check the water levels - they will use more water not that they have aged. I would leave it on charge longer and see if the charger shuts off. You should hear the batteries bubbling some at the end of the charge cycle.
