Default Dropped Axle

Will a 4" dropped axle from a EZGO 1994-2001 electric, fit on a 1999 Workhorse? Thanks Jake

You might have to cut off the centering pins and the bottoming out stops on the top of the rear axle and get longer bolts or threaded rod cause the workhorse springs are thicker hd ones. but other than that, yes, it will work. It's a whole lot better to do that than installing foot long shackles on the back of the springs. the electric kit will come with the spring perch and shock/spring mount plate and ubolts that will be to short for the heavy duty springs.
It'll end up being like this. you may also want to flip your brake backing plates so the brake cables hook up is at the bottom.
Edit*** I just re-read your question and yes the drop axle will work, you can get the parts to lift the rear from northeren or tractor supply

Jon, Would I be able to run the stock tires & rims with this set up? I will go with larger tires when the funds come available Thanks again for all your help. Jake

Theres a chance you won't be able to run stock tires and wheels on the front without spacers. kinda depends on which drop axle and spindles you get, some you can. Back should be ok.
