96 EZGO DCS surge, Why
with the pedal held in one spot, what cause the cart to surge or speed up then slow down, then speed up then slow down. Its enough to give you wiplash and throw the kids off back.

I am having the same problem with a buddy's cart. It had a bad controller, had it rebuilt at Flight systems, worked for a week perfectly, then died, sent it back under warranty and got it back. hooked it up tonight and took the cart for a spin. thought it was working ok, when going down a street, holding my foot in 1 spot, i felt the cart surging.
Help me too.... |

Your ITS is bad. Check to see if your pedal box has water in it - that will sometimes cause the same problem. My bet is a bad ITS...

Intergrated Throttle System = located under the floor mat you will see a cover. It is an electronic throttle position indicator.
