Red wire from main charger wire - To positive battery pole?

I'm getting close for testing lights. But its been 3 days. Reconnecting battery cables; Does the red wire coming from the wire coming out of the back of the charger connector go on the positive pole? I'm nearly positive it does [pun intended].
