Default Powerdrive 3 Spark

Hey all, have a power drive 3 charger. Been working great. Today it was tripping the reset. I’ve got it taken apart. I see a spark coming from the reset button. See pic. Any ideas of what it can be? Or how to fix.

I once had a PD2 that kept tripping the breaker. A simple charger repair kit fixed my issue. I believe David at RGC (site sponsor) carries them. The kit includes a new relay, rectifier, and breaker, if I'm not mistaken...

I ordered some parts. Will try that. If not I’ll just cave in and buy a new one

You are doing the right thing, unless the the transformer fails, they are pretty much all repairable fairly cheaply. Just be sure to order the correct kit as the PD3 is a little different. As Jake said, if you ordered from David (Revolution Golf Cars) you got the correct one and the technical backing to make it right.
