To me..it looks like someone "popped" a wheelie some how, either on a hill or going from reverse then slamming into forward.
Reason being: Axle twist with that single U-bolt set up, equally bent leaf springs and it looks like the wheelie may have cause the cart to slam onto the rear seat platform from the way the attachment of the rear platform to the cart is bent inward, also equally, towards the front of the cart. I'd do as Dave suggested and do the frame swap. It'll allow you to clean and button things up to your liking. Plus with your current frame, you may never have a good, even ride if there is such a thing with the rear of a golf cart. |

Do the swap. After all is said and done it may take more time and effort to sell the "set" than just to dig in and make it all right.
