Back axle/wheels squeal when reversing (2008 precedent)

Bought a used cart from a guy at my golf course. It had been sitting for a few years and needed new batteries. Got all that today and it runs but stutters..I've found on this forum some tests to do (mcor/speed sensor).

1. When the cart is in reverse it squeals a little. I looked under and found two grease points on the front tires and hit those with a few pumps but didn't see anything for the rear. Any advice?

2. Plugged in charger and the charger made a fairly loud buzzing sound and the amperes were maxed out over 15. I unplugged it to post on here and make sure that's normal. Pic below of the charger when it was turned on.

Pic below of the charger when it was turned on. That is EXACTLY how it should be in regards to amps and buzz. It's a "buzz" box as it has a transformer and is using AC power. Let it charge automatically until it cuts itself off. Could be up to 16 hours and then it will time out and you will have to charge it again. Be sure the water levels are ~1/4" above the plates.

And one more thing, that cart is for P&P use meaning every time you Park it, Plug it in. Do not let the batteries run down in it as that will prematurely ruin them. Anytime it is not in use, it should be plugged in and the OBC will only charge what is needed so there is no threat of overcharging it. If you are gone for a long period, it will will cycle every ~15 days to give it a "Maintenance" charge.
