In post #7 he also said "there were 50v in both Solenoid small terminals", which eliminated the MCOR micro-switch (and the FNR micro-switch) as a potential problem.

I hope by "white wire" he did not mean the white/black wire which is the positive activation wire via the FNR micro-switch.

If there were indeed 50v at both solenoid small posts, the solenoid would have "clicked" when the negative activation yellow wire was placed on negative.

Then the MCOR has either failed in regards to regulating the signal and thus the momentary "jerk" he is feeling or this new solenoid is bad and it failing to fully close in to complete its current pass-thru circuit for the cables...

Most likely the OBC is what failed and it is not providing the negative on the yellow wire.

The momentary "jerk" is caused by the MCOR activating both the Solenoid and the Controller, but since the Solenoid is not closing, You just have a brief energy discharge from the Controller capacitors.

Once again my money on Sergio.
It could be OBC failure.
Bypass obc neg. wire
Remove neg wire from small terminal on solenoid and run a wire straight from pack neg to small neg solenoid terminal.
