I made a video with my phone but couldn't distinguish the sound from the Knobby tire noise. Tires are very Noisy!!!

Where can I get the correct brake cable and what length?

Do yourself a favor and ask him about purchased the brake cable removal tool, you won't regret getting it... Good luck and I hope this cures your problem... it sure did mine, :)
