Default Is this a good charger

I was offered to buy this charger from my neighbor at the campground. I missed out on his cart before the hauled it away. He was using this charger and bypassing the computer. Is this a good charger to get a hold of? I asked him how much he said just make him an offer but he then said he originally paid $400 but just make him an offer since he can't use it. Thoughts on this charger or worth picking up or just keep my club car chargers. Or worth getting as a spare? Thanks

It is just a little better then yours. It is an automatic charger, but not a smart charger like the newer DPI's or similar types.

If you get it as a spare, it will only be useful if your OBC were to fail and you used it in place of the OBC/Powerdrive Combo.

I wander why it didn't go with the cart?

It didn't go with cart because he had work done on the cart and the charger was at the campground.

Its not a great charger. The board fails, but the good news is the company backs it up very well.
If you have the stock club car charger,,thats the way to go

I used one of these Eagle chargers on a 64 volt hunting cart that I built. Used it for two years and never had an issue with it. Charged the cart well.
