2007 CC Precedent Running but not taking a charge
Cart will run albeit they have Marine batteries in the cart. It has a pack voltage of 49.2 and runs and when you plug the charger in the charger inhibit feature kicks in but it does not allow a charger to come on. I've tried several chargers as well different outlets. Is there a way to test an activation circuit in the OBC (which I'm guessing is why this isn't coming on). Also in case I decided to replace the OBC which number would you go by when re-ordering? They're quite confusing when trying to get the exact one you need. Here is a snap of it.

Re: 2007 CC Precedent Running but not taking a charge
For right now just bypass it to get a charge. Remove the black 10g wire from the back of the charge receptacle that runs to the OBC harness and replace it with a 10g or similar jumper wire that you will run directly to your main pack negative. You will need to run the grey sense wire from the back of the receptacle to the same main pack negative. This will allow your charger to kick on but will be completely manual. Monitor the voltage with a DVM and when you see the pack at ~60/62 volts, cut it off. (It normally takes several hours to charge)
If the charger starts as described, you will know the OBC has failed. David Hicks, Revolution Golf Cars will have the OBC you need and the newest model/version programming. Click here: https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/obc |

Done...it's running AND charging. If they don't want to spend the $$ on a new OBC then this is the best it's gonna get. Thanks man!

Just know your (their) batteries will not get a long life this way. There is no charging algorithm. It is just a straight charge.

If they don't want to get a new charger right away I had luck using one of these.

Version 2.06 is junk. It's not going to be good for your batteries long term. They were supposed to have all gotten changed under factory recall. The correct part number for a new OBC is 103978201
