2003 DS Dead in the water
2003 CC DS Serial # AQ0348-352698
This cart is dead in the water; 48.7 volts in the pack...key switch is good and is operating with the run/tow switch. I cannot get the handheld to connect either at the port or directly to the controller. I’ve jumpered out the MCOR and still can’t get a solenoid click or controller to power up. When it’s in run and sitting still with the key switch OFF; both big terminals on solenoid are reading full pack voltage and with key switch ON full voltage is on each terminal small and big. When the run/tow switch is in TOW I get full voltage on battery side of big terminals and a 2 volt drop on the controller side. I’m curious as to where I should go next. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: 2003 DS Dead in the water
Here is a diagnostics chart. It will walk you through what all you should have at each wire to the controller. If you end up having power and such where it’s supposed to be then controller likely bad.

Not sure if that’s what you meant to send. It’s just links to search engine results..not sure how to see the diagnostic chart to talked about

Is there a legit diagnostic chart? Or was this spam?

That link takes me to a 40 page interactive FSIP Troubleshooting Guide.
Perhaps try from another computer if you can. |

Re: 2003 DS Dead in the water
I was able to print the guide to a PDF file which is attached below.
You might have to rotate the page when viewing as I was not able to print it to landscape mode. Hope this helps! |

Re: 2003 DS Dead in the water
Keep in mind that your 48.7 volt pack is only at about a 55% State of Charge.
The first thing that you will want to do is fully charge your battery pack before evaluating your cart. See attached State of Charge chart for reference. |
