Default strange charging issue "series"

so i reset OBC as a routine maintenance when these carts (have huge fleet)come in shop.
so i do an overnight charge and everything seems normal.charger kicks off.i decide to let it sit another overnight (without unplugging from wall) to get an accurate pack reading and to my suprise the next morning charger is on again pulling 7-8 amps?just when i thought i seen it all..

Watch that OBC, that is an early sign of it failing....

Even if the power at the wall cycled, it would not have restarted the charger....

Or you have a drain and the charger kicked back on, anything wire directly to the battery pack?
