There are two available wires behind the dashboard on a precedent for a voltmeter install.
A black with a yellow stripe for negative and a red with a black stripe for always ON positive. |

For other 2007 Club Car Precedent owners... the blue wire was the 'switched ' positive. So if you only want your digital voltmeter on when the key switch is on, use the blue wire going to your ignition switch. Also, the black wire with yellow stripe worked fine for me as the negative to my digital voltmeter.
