I dont have a compression tester but im pretty sure it has good compression. I messed wuth it again today now its back to not being able to turn the motor by hand. Guess im gonna have to tear it down.

If it doesnt wanna turn over without a spark plug in the hole, you are wasting time talking about it, thats a problem that wont go away. Take it apart so you can get it fixed.
