Question How to remove these bolts? PIC

I have a rattle in my cart that I cant find and I want to take the pedal assembly out to see if that is it or not. If i bang on the floor I get a rattle noise. It happens when driving and I cant take it anymore. I can loosen these two bolts but I cant get them out? I don't want to break anything so I thought I would ask before I get out a pry bar. See pic.

The two on the left side have a self taping bit on the end, the ones on the right don't. Keep turning them with up pressure.
