Marathon clutch ID
I have 92 marathon with a 295cc 4 cycle engine. The attached pictures are the primary clutch that came off it. Bolt hole is 3/4" and the clutch goes on the tapered engine shaft. I used the same method described in this forum to remove it. I'm trying to figure out if this is a stock OEM clutch or something else. I can't find any pic of a similar one so I'm asking here. Besides a clutch made by Comet for EzGo, anyone know other details?
Thanks |

Re: Marathon clutch ID
What details are you looking for?
Its been years but it looks familiar to the carts we had at my last Golf course job. (2001) Im sure its like those carts but they were in service for years so cant say they were 100% stock. |

Re: Marathon clutch ID
Just trying to find out more about it. I plan to change the spring in the secondary clutch so I wanted to know the specs / performance of the front clutch. I just can't find any pictures or models that match that one exactly so thought maybe someone here would know what it is.

Re: Marathon clutch ID
That's a stock clutch.
Looks pretty worn and dished out though. I'd probably replace it |
