Default 2015 EX40 efi Clutch Questions

On my 2015 Precedent, the cart seems like the belt slips on any hills. Motor revs but it doesn’t take off like it used to. It has the heavier duty driven spring that’s been in there for years. Belt is new but I notice the belt never gets to the edge of the pulley and it appears the driven clutch moves but only somewhat. Is a shorter belt the answer? Who sells a 1 1/16 belt in a shorter length?

Can anyone offer the most likely reason the belt is not using all of the drive pulley or why the driven pulley only opens a little bit? It seems that the clutch really doesn't move a whole lot until the cart is at higher speeds on flat ground. Starting off up any sort of incline it seems like the drive clutch moves somewhat and the motor just revs. This is what led me to believe a shorter belt might help.

I would be more inclined to think the clutch(s) are in need of service,
Like cleaning and lubrication.

Clutches look good. There was some crud but nothing major. I think I might buy one of the G Boost Worlds Best belts and see if it is somehow grippier.

Looking good and working properly are two different things., have you checked the weights in the drive clutch?
