TXT seat Bottom template

my wood is trashed and i already have replacement vinyl. went to pull off the old vinyl to discover half of one side rotted out.

I would just use the old board as a template to cut a new one but its to far gone.

Any of you guys run across a template?

I couldn't find a template so what I did was trace as much as I could then flipped it over to get the other side.
