Looks to be a good deal. But it is an 89 G2, not a 98.

It is a good deal. The only thing I don't like about these is they have unbypassable rev limiter that will kick in even if the governor is bypassed. But they are very good carts. Might want to ask the guy to check the frame for excessive rust especially under the battery tray.
