Default Looking to bring some shine and reduce dust buildup. What do you all recommend?

Recently repainted Club Car DS with a metal flake option, looks great if the sun hits it just right.. otherwise you can't see all the color. I was told a buff would help a little bit, as that was not done after the refinish. Is there any product that can help bring a little shine to the body or will buffing it help at all?

Additionally, looking for something to help reduce dust.. possibly a spray wax of some sort?

I'm pretty new to the game, so any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
