Re: My 05' Yamaha G22 project build log
Here is a little update. Got the lift kit in and some more Stainless parts. Also some more wiring.
Im a little upset with Allsports, they didn't even send instructions for the kit. Im pretty mech. inclined, but something to go off of would be nice. Also the stainless motor cover does not look to good. Its bent and welds showing through it. Edges are not clean at all. |

Re: My 05' Yamaha G22 project build log
I dont mean to disapointe you , I ran that white spring & returned it It revs the engine like crazy
It does give you more bottom end but kills your top end |

Re: My 05' Yamaha G22 project build log
Well that sucks. I will have to try it and see how I like it.
Which spring did you run? And where did you get it from? |

Re: My 05' Yamaha G22 project build log
Ya I'm planning on gettin a new belt. Thanks for
looking out. As far as top end speed, I'm not looking for alot. 23mph was quick enough with the speed spring and stock tires. Just want to be able to climb stuff and pull trailers around. I will mainly be cruzing at car shows with it. |
