Update: Changed oil, new air filter and element, new fuel filters (mine has one in the tank and one in the line) the one in the tank looked like it had ever been changed. Cleaned fuel tank, install a new carburetor and new plug. I installed a oil tank, now any blow by I get will go in the tank and not the filter. Running like a champ again !!!!! I have the power spring in it and it pulls great but only runs about 12 mph and high rpms. Is it possible to get a mid range spring? Also if it isn't where can I get a new stock spring ?
Thanks again for all the help !!!!

Changed back to stock spring, got my top end speed back but lost most of low end torque. I've still got a hesitation and not taking fuel on take off have to ease into the throttle. Any ideas?

What holes are the spring in and did you "pre-torque" the spring when put the stock one back in?

The only holes that lined up and no I didn't pre torque. I'm new at this, didn't know there was different holes or to pre torque. I appreciate your responses.

G2 stock hole settings were "B" and "4". Should be twisted about 1/4 turn while installing, to preload the sliding sheave on the spring seat shoe ramps.

Are the "B" and "4" marked on the spring seat? I will try and take it back apart as soon as I can. I have had 12 back surgery's because cancer has eaten my spine up and can't stay bent over long.

I pre loaded the spring got some of my lower end back and still have top end, around 25 mph. Can't figure out what's causing it to bog down when your first give it throttle, after it takes gas runs great. Can't find any air leaks around air box, joint intake isn't cracked and have replaced all fuel filters and a new carb. I'll keep working on it.
Thanks for all the input and helping line things out!!!
