Hopefully this weekend my lift and wheel/tire combo will arrive and i can have some time to do the install. Got some more things to sell around the house and should have some funds available to get a slamming stereo in the weeks to come. My neighbor has some wake tower speakers on his boat and omg they are freakin loud. Super clear sound and nice mid bass. Dont know if i will go that route but man they sound good. He has a 600 watt amp powering them which would really tax the battery on a golf cart. Just have to see what the future holds.

They are very easy to install. There is a youtube video of the exact same lights and how to install them on our g29 carts. Search for yamaha madjax light install. You will gy templates of where to cut. I used a rotozip rotary tool to make the cuts. Very quick and efficient. The lights screw into the plastics with some cheap drywall screws but im gonna go to the hardware store and get some stainless bolts and nylock nuts instead. The ebay auction was one of those make your best offer bids and the seller accepted and i scored.

Right now at stock heighth and stock tires im limited to some of the places on the property that i can access due to ruts, wet areas, and rocks. The 6" lift was too high on my previous cart. The 3" lift and 22" tires should be the ticket. Just curious as to how the clearance will be in the rear with passengers on the back or a load with seat flipped down. Got some ideas if the clearance gets tight.

They say change out stock springs to hd springs in the rear. I mostly drive on hop top roads. I only drove it to days so I need to drive it more. I going with lights, fuse block and acc. Ports for now.

Talked to don at plowmans carts today and he is in the process of getting a performance kit up and going for the 2012.5 and newer carbed carts with the new style clutches from yamaha. Says the air box mod and jets will he the same as before, but the secondary clutch will had some spring, surface, and maybe some helix changes. Also said a new belt made for this setup is underway. Hopefully everything will be ready in the next month.
