Look under your dash, right hand side and you will see the serial number. It will tell us about your cart.

It will look like this one.

Swapping the cables on the swivel posts will change the direction of travel, does the cart currently move in the direction indicated by the FNR?

If the cart is currently moving in the direction pointed by the FNR, but slow in forward, You have a mis-wired #3 micro-switch.

If the FNR is wired according to the diagram I posted, all You have to do is swap the 2 cables on the swivel posts.

Since You did that before and lost travel in one direction, the FNR is not wired correctly.

The 2 swivel posts should go to Motor Terminals S1 and S2, just follow the cables to make sure they go there (confirm the other FNR cables are correct as well).

If those 2 cables on the swivel posts go to Motor S1 and S2, then swapping them will fix the problem on a stock Club Car.

By the looks of that 2nd FNR I am guessing You have a 2 speed motor?

If that is the case, it requires a connection to S1 and S2 as well, so Your best bet is to swap all cables on Motor S1 with all of the cables on Motor S2.

Make sure You disconnect the pack negative from the battery first and use 2 wrenches on the Motor posts so the stud does not rotate when You are loosening or tightening the cables back.

That battery cable does not look good.

On a side note. Check that + cable shown in pic #2. Serious corrosion going on there with frayed/burned wires. That needs replacing asap, and be sure to use high current cables like the ones used for welding, not that audio cable currently being used.
