Default Modified CC DS won't move.

Sorry if this has been covered. I searched but didn't find anything.

I have a '02 CC DS that has been heavily modified. Lift kit, high torque motor with Altrax controller kit from BU, has run good for years. Yesterday the kids were on it and it just shut down with 75% battery left. So here is what it's doing. As you push on the go pedal, it engages the motor and moves about an inch and shuts off again. If you let up and hit it again immediately, nothing. Give it 5 seconds and push Go again, same thing, starts to move then shuts off.
I've tried moving the FNR switch back and forth no change. I've removed the backup buzzer too so can't use that to trouble shoot.

Any suggestions on where to start?
Thanks in advance.

indicates solenoid not activating (clicking) or failing to complete the circuit.

I'm not hearing any solenoid click at any point. Not when I turn on the key or step on the go pedal. Nada.

That is the problem.
Find the wiring diagram that fits your cart and check to see that the micro switch on F&R and in the Vglide are working. GL and have a great holiday

If this is a "Series" car with a serial number prefix of "AA" and a lever operated F&R switch, please proceed with this test..... If it's something else, disregard this entire message...

Locate the solenoid. You'll see two large posts and two small posts. On one of the small posts you'll see a small yellow wire. Get a jumper wire with alligator clips on both ends, 2 or 3 feet long is all you'll need. Carefully place the jumper wire on the small post of the solenoid with the small yellow wire. Locate the MAIN negative battery terminal. This is the rear-most battery on the driver's side. The negative terminal has a black wire connected to it that runs through a small hole in the On-Board computer en route to the back of the cart where it connects to the controller. Once you've located the correct battery post, place the other end of the jumper wire on the battery terminal with this wire. Put the car in forward and turn the key on and attempt to drive it. Let me know what happens and we'll proceed further with what you need to do to fix it.

Sounds great. I'll have to remove the flip down rear seat to get to it all. I'll try this week. I appreciate the input.
Thanks

But look at all the knowledge he has gained and didn't have to test our skillz/non-skillz with questions or issues.....
