Thank you, sir! I very happy with the battery. Can't wait to see how much range I can get out of it easily. I'm hoping for 20 miles at less than 80% DOD. We'll see.

Tom47 You may have better luck selling that charger on the forum instead of EBay.

I thought about it, Walter. I may still put it on BGW later. The shipping is ridiculous on these heavy items.

Most people want the Gen IV charger. Mine was one of the last Gen III's sold by Scotty. It works great for continuous charging but doesn't have all the features of the Gen IV.

Here we go! Except for a few cosmetic things needed (Okay, actually a lot of cosmetic things) the cart is running great. I am very pleased with the lithium conversion and so glad I did it.

I did have to make adjustments on the Alltrax to keep it from spinning the tires. I've got a custom map that lets me floor it and it will take off gradually, probably 5 seconds to full speed. I had to adjust reverse to 18%. I also turned the max amp settings down to mid range. I think motoring amps is 250 and armature amps 200. Not sure if that is right but it runs great. I also had to switch from street to turf and turn of turbo mode.

I was concerned that with 330# less weight, the ride might be rougher. I actually thing the ride is better. I will check top speed tomorrow and start checking range. I'd do it today, but after 5 hours of bending over to shorten the wiring harness, I can't sit up straight.

By the way, I've got three gallons of distilled water if anyone wants them! I also have 6 slightly used Crown CR-165 batteries. They are only 8-1/2 years old this month. Over a week since I pulled them out and 5 still read 100% and one about 95% SOC. They are going to Advance Auto Parts tomorrow for recycling.

Here are the last three photos. Notice the wiring harness loop-de-loop is gone next to the solenoid. So are all of the internal splices. What a mess that was!

Nice job!
Conrats......
I removed my battery this AM to put diamond plate under it.
Pulled my left hamstring in the process...........like I die 7 years ago.
Oh, well, sitting here with ice on it at present.

BTW....how much does Advance give you for the old FLA batts?
My local Advance couldn't even tell me if they take them... NAPA does @ $12.00/battery....

I'm sorry about your injury. Those are slow or no healing. I guess once you pull them, they never recover 100%. Same as my rotator cuffs. I had 2 surgeries on each one and both are torn again. At my age, who needs them?
I can still lift batteries and lithiums (ECO), just not over my head!

I got a store credit from Advance for $10.00 each. I didn't think to check NAPA!
