Default Battery under voltage shutdown

I just replaced my burnt up Alltrax pds adapter with a new one (old one shorted out against the solenoid) but the cart won't run. 6 blinking red lights tells me " battery under voltage shutdown",but I have no idea what this means and what to do about it.

basically you need to bring pack voltage up to allow cart to work

Same more basic questions we always ask to get started. Does the solenoid click when the switch is on and the pedal depressed and if it clicks what voltage do you get on both big terminals on the solenoid measured from battery negative (B-) bewhen it is energized? And if it doesn't energize what is the voltage across the smaller lugs under the same go conditions?

when I depress the throttle the solenoid clicks but there is zero reading at the large solenoid terminals even after the throttle clicks

Then you have a problem between that terminal and the positive post of the batteries. It should be a direct wire connection from battery positive to one of the solenoid big lugs. Trace the big wire form battery positive to the solenoid. In fact it should have battery voltage on the big terminals whether it clicks or not. Maybe a burned wire?

O.K. When I depress the throttle and measure the voltage with the voltmeter I get 28.4V with the pedal down after the solenoid clicks.{1 lead to to B- and the other to the big terminal.Both lugs have the same reading}

You got some dead or discharged batteries or a bad connection. Voltage on both terminals is normal for reasons I can explain later. Does the charger turn on when you plug it into the cart?
