Total Charge 1 troubleshooting/upgrade

I've decided to split this into it's own thread. I've got a Total Charge 1 that is not shutting off automatically. I've verified the voltage during charge and it's gotten to over 46V without shutting off. The relay does not click when inserting the receptable.

Thinking that the control board was the issue I ordered this product only to find that my charger doesn't appear to have a control board.

I am noticing a red and black wire that are disconnected so I think previous owner was fiddling with it and removed the old control board. I appear to be missing the electronic module from this diagram.

From the diagram I'm missing a yellow wire from the timer terminal to the non existant control board, and the black wire off the fuse should go to the board instead of the timer. So I guess I need to try to wire this baby according to the diagram.

I think I answered my own questions, I wasn't seeing the heat sync that the control board is attached to, think that was throwing me off. So now maybe I just need to purchase this heat sync. or fab up some mounting bracket.
