Voltage reducer, lights, stereo setup....
Took the plunge and started adding some accessories to the 2010 precedent. My stock light kit didn't work when i got it, so i hard wired them directly to a new converter... everything i've done cost me less than $200.... I'm placing this here for anyone who has any questions about this type of reducer and accessories...
48v to 12v reducer wired to batteries. I had trouble located a good spot for this because of it's size. I could have attached to the frame, but didn't want water that close to it. $58 Fused distribution block has negative and positive connections coming from the reducer....$15 ebay bluetooth head unit $26.... works great. usb and 12v plug from O'reilly $12 these are scosche 6.5" walmart speakers.... great sound for $29.... i've since added a pair of $7 tweeters from walmart. up next is the underbody led lights.... |
