Re: FYI - ERIC charging algorithm and battery watering
Can it be done from a apple computer? So many of these things seem to require windows

Re: FYI - ERIC charging algorithm and battery watering
You can change profiles from any computer that can write to a USB stick.
You need a windows environment to run their software. |

Re: FYI - ERIC charging algorithm and battery watering
I looked into running windows on a Mac. They do have a number of programs that let you run windows with a Mac. From what I have read they all have different problems with some aspects of windows. Plus you need to be very computer savvy to install the programs. My advice is to buy a cheap used or new windows laptop if you want to read the data. That way if you ever upgrade to a Alltax controller you can use a USB cable to program and read the Toolkit info.

Re: FYI - ERIC charging algorithm and battery watering
So I just put in a set of new 875's today and they are on the initial charge now. Will it damage them if I don't have it set to 3? My assumption is that it's on the default from club car. I guess I need to download and install the #3 program. I would know if I had a temperature sensor I'm guessing right? It's a 15 cc precedent.
