It depends. If you're going to use the harness that's on it now, you'll need the AM293201 conversion kit, which includes a conversion harness to adapt the MCOR4 into your existing vehicle wiring. If you're going to try and put a new IQ harness on the car, you won't need the conversion harness. Instead you'll need the following..

Qty 1 - AM293101 MCOR to MCOR4 conversion kit
Qty 1 - 102026001 Pivot Rod Assembly
Qty 2 - 1011694 Accelerator Bearing and Bracket Assembly. (You only NEED one, but it's best to replace them both while you're there.

If you're gonna try and use that 1268, you need to get the correct "conversion" harness to go from the IQ harness to the 1268 connector, which incorporates a walkaway relay as well. It also needs to have a Tow/Run switch in the circuit, which I don't know why it wouldn't already if they've put an IQ harness on the car. Maybe they've taken the Regen 1 harness that was on the car and put an IQ connector on the end of it and hoped for the best? The most headache free way to do this would be to order a new IQ wire harness for that car, with a new MCOR 4 conversion kit. Then you'll have the option of either installing the conversion harness to use the 1268, or plugging it directly into the 1510 controller you posted the picture of.
This sounds like a viable option.

Ill likely be grabbing batteries from you too.

Thanks for taking my call David.

Going to try making my own throttle pot and harness arrangement. Only have about $15 into this stuff.
Found a ton of info on the FSIP site and it looks like this controller is pretty universal.
