Alright here we go, to start here is the batteries removed sold them and the charger. I have the engine laying in the cart for mock up.
Removed the electric motor to get the demensions of the shaft. From what i see im going to need to cut out the battery trays and weld a plate to the actual rear subframe. Because if i weld it to anything else when i hit any bumps the suspension will move and the engine will not and the chain will pop off.. Not sure what a belt setup will do havent gotten that far yet.. |

Going to sell the controller and the motor and whatever else i dont need any idea on what they are worth?
Bare with me i will try to post any pics as i go this will take some time to build. I plan on having it completly done by December. Painted,audio,etc.. The middle pic silver box on the bottom that is the controller right? Any help or information or ideas/suggestions will help with the build and would be appreciated! Thanks |

Not sure the age of the engine but it will work for now.
Im not sure how much the parts are worth if someone can tell me or pm me a estimate it would help. |

Why do something twice? If you have to buy one please buy at least a 13HP to get you back up to stock or better. If not you are wasting your time and will be disappointed with the results.

Any suggestions on where to find a 13 HP or bigger for cheap? |
