2010 club car VERY slow
Hello again gurus! This thing has me stumped but may be onto something but always looking for advice. 2010 CC Transporter, new batteries, all 8 of them hold steady at 6.2 volts while motor is spinning. checked the mcor via bench test and is within specs, replaced speed sensor with known good and solenoid seems fine. the only thing odd I did find with solenoid is the "through side" voltage never drops below 9.5 when pedal is up but does get pack voltage when pressed. A2 gets 8 volts with pedal down, when checking resistance on motor its as follows A1 to A2 is 2.3 ohms
F1 to F2 is open A-1 to F1 open and F1 to motor case is open There is no take off strong with a decrease just snail pace the whole time club car motor da5-4006 curtis 1520-5501 Last edited by INTHEWINDTOO; 03-31-2020 at 01:57 PM.. Reason: forgot info |

Re: 2010 club car VERY slow
Got it figured out! Walkaway relay had fallen under the controller, found it and tested, was not making the contact needed, replaced and bam, up and running again! Not familiar with that setup at all and I know its not that popular of one, not too sure I wanna be but lesson learned and got it beat. Thanks for some of previous diagrams on this forum
