Default EZGO Marathon Alltrax Controller not powering on

I have tried everything in the book and I am looking for some help.

Cart has been out of commission for about a month now. At this point I cant get the solenoid to engage/click, and the Alltrax SR controller wont light up even when a computer is connected.

37.7 pack voltage.

Voltage drop across solenoid is greater than 3 volts with old resistor and new resistor. Old resistor test fine for ohm rating but gets super hot.

I do not get pack voltage across the solenoid coils, only 2-3 volts.

Is there anyway to test the controller if it will not boot up at all?

I have cleaned all terminals and cables.

Things I have done:
HD Cable Set
Alltrax SD 400
New Solenoid
HD F/R switch

Any help is appreciated.

Step 1. Ensure the controller has 36v to the J1 red terminal when you are asking it to go.
Step 2. Then report the status light code that flashes when the solenoid clicks.

I don't have an SR controller but my Alltrax doesn't need any power to talk to my Laptop so it it doesn't talk to the laptop, it's dead.

My bad, I missed that.
For sure it's dead if it won't power up.

10-4 appreciate you guys taking the time to look into this. Before I invest in another controller, what would have caused it to just die. It has been working fine for over 3 years now.
