95 gas club car
I have a 95 gas club car. Sometimes it runs fine and other times when I press on the gas pedal it just "clicks". If I roll the clutch pulley foward, then sometimes it will run. Can someone help me??

Re: 95 gas club car
Yep, first check for me would be the SG belt tension and condition, next would be the SG brushes if the SG is kicking in at the correct time with the micros. CC engines (as do most) like to come to rest at the compression stroke and therefore have to overcome this path of resistance. Assuming that the battery, grounds etc are good, the above tests are a logical sequence to check through.
Good call KY, the simple things are often overlooked. |
