Mixing Batteries
Has anyone ever used 5 8 volt with 1 6 volt battery in a cc cart so u might use lights etc without a volt reducer if so would it affect run time or charging problems

You can run lights off two of the 8 volt bats but they would still be connected to the pack, is that what you are asking. The accessories will not run off 6 volts and your cart is not gunnna like like 40 volts at all.

With any series battery pack, you MUST have all of the same battery capacities or you will trash them when you discharge and charge them in series. I would not even recommend replacing an old one with a new one of same capacity. Keep your battery pack made up of equal batteries (capacity and age)
