I'll try that later tonight. Got a scout meeting with my little boy. Paper clip the female end of the plug?

Re: 05 DS 48 volt no click no run!
Quick question, does the reverse buzzer sounds when in reverse?
if not the issue is the OBC lockout. |

I'll check that tomorrow, I've turned in for tonight. I'm pretty fluent in EZGO, especially the series carts, but I haven't spent enough time over here on the club car side. I want to try to narrow it down before I go throwing parts at it. Parts for these things are expensive! If the tow/run switch checks out it only gonna leave the new controller the guy put on or the OBC.

I'll check that to. I get no buzzer in reverse if that tells us anything?

Re: 05 DS 48 volt no click no run!
Yes, specially if the roll-away brake does not work either.
The OBC lockout has failed. Remove the OBC 6-pin connector and put a large paper clip between the Blue and the White wires on the harness side connector. |
