Re: 05 DS 48 volt no click no run!
Let us know what you find. I have a feeling it'll run when you bypass the OBC. If that does the trick, the correct OBC replacement is a 103359401. You definitely need to replace the MCOR. It appears that the microswitch has failed at some point in the past so somebody bypassed it so the car would run. If the potentiometer within the MCOR ever fails and starts to fluctuate, it's possible to have a runaway cart. The microswitch is a very important safety feature within the MCOR. The MCOR on your vehicle isn't made anymore by Club Car, the correct replacement part would be an MCOR4 conversion kit, part number AM293101.

Thanks tahoedawg for chiming in! I'll check that this afternoon. Is it just like Sergio said? I'll probably be visiting your site once I get it figured out. |

Lol! Well I work on them occasionally, so a little knowledge is a plus. There are so many different setups it's hard to keep it all straight. I'm more comfortable over in your section, but I like learning about these things! The addiction! |

Thankfully there is good help here in the CC section. I still don't buy into the whole trouble free operation thing Mr Dawg.
