Default 36 volt golf cart runs slowly

I have 36 volt medalist golf cart which has DCS controller system 5 pin connector controller. Cart is running but runs slowly. Please help me out

Since a DCS controller with a 5-pin plug doesn't exist, we also need to identify drive type.

A DCS controller has a 10 pin plug wit 9 pins used.
A Series controller has a 6 pin plug with 4 pins used.
