Default Ausco Disk Brakes

I am thinking about upgrading to disc brakes Bc stock brakes are horrible and I can barely stop. But are the disc brake calipers able to be installed on top of rotor/ axle? I already did the drum flip to keep the brake cables up high. Thanks

It just depends upon your suspension and any lift kit modifications.
Some Ezgos have the cables going to the top already and the Ausco install was a breeze . http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ll-thread.html

I bought mine from ScottyB, one of the best upgrades you can do! I have a lot of lift so I have extended brake cables so I can't answer your question about doing a flip on the mounts.

Bob, did you ever determine if you can install the Ausco brakes on top of the axle with a lift installed on a club car? I am in the same boat, I need/want disc brakes, but have already done the brake flip for my drums and like how the cables are tucked up high.

Thanks,
