Fast Reverse/slow forward
95 Yamaha 36 volt. Nearly new batteries...have not encountered this before Runs like a scalded rabbit in reverse, and 2/3 that speed in forward Any ideas appreciated Thank You |

You should be able to search for another thread of this subject... basically the F&R wires are backwards. The cart is supposed to have all batteries when in forward and only a section of the batteries when in reverse. I don’t know every cart and can’t tell you the exact wires but should be easy to trace when you double check your battery cables.

It doesnt really use "some of the batteries" in reverse (that's a clubcar scheme). It just doesnt allow 100% throttle. Switch A1 & A2 wires at motor. Or switch any 2 wires on the F&R that are 180° away from each other.
