Jerky Starts
I have a 1999 G16A yamaha and when lightly touching the gas off the start it is very jerky until higher speeds. Anyone have any thoughts on why?

Re: Jerky Starts
Check the condition of the clutch sheaves and make sure they are uniform and not worn. Make sure the brakes aren't dragging. Try turning the drive belt around and see if it goes away.
