![]() Hello,
My 1995 club cart pot box housing suffered some damage. Still worked fine. Occasionally the twisting mechanism inside the pothook housing would pop off its correct location. When that happen I would go underneath cart and pop it back in, everything good. Most Recently one of the prongs on the microswitch inside the pot box had broken off. I replaced with a new microswitch. Suddenly cart will not move. Solenoid just clicks. Info: Cart is the 95' model that uses the pot box housing with microswitch, not the V-Glide. 48- Volt cart Batteries show 48.9 across. Solenoid shows 48.9 on both prongs when pedal is not pressed, not sure if it should be doing that. Tested microswitch using Ohms, shows 1 when pedal is not pressed. Shows 0 when pedal is pressed. Not sure what is going on please help. |

![]() Thanks for the reply.
Someone did tell me that a while back, but I thought I could fix it. If its the better option to convert then I will do that. Could you direct me to the right place to purchase and install the MCOR kit for my cart. Thanks |

![]() Either way, the MCOR is way better than CC's original pot box. I lucked out, since my 95 was built during the first week of production it has the V-Glide

![]() Ya I am going to do that.
As far as my solenoid goes, should both stems be showing 48.9 volts when I'm not depressing the accelerator ? |
