![]() I thought that included the discount, guess I was wrong. I have enough junk in the corner right now can't have an extra engine laying around. Would be nice. Too many projects!

![]() I see Paul's carts latest youtube video has a great bit showing the work done by NRracing on a stock bodied clone carb. I never realized the "stock appearing class" just applies to the exterior of the engine. I can now see why NR and Bullfrog produce some of the parts they offer.

![]() Oh yeah, that is only reason you see them working over those carbs.....or they would toss them in the trash first thing. Most of them do regulate the cam but only by lift they can measure easily. They do come up with some interesting mods to get around rules lol.

![]() Several points for using the modded stocker car. 1) It fits even in the tight confines of the yamaha g2-14 cart. 2) You can use the stock throttle cable just by adding a simple bracket. 3) Just by adding an adjustable main jet you can really fine tune the carb by merely turning the idle and main screws. 4) The cost is very low to have a great performing carb. 5) Really have not seen anyone's golf cart actually performing any better with the motorcycle carb. The Crazy minibikers and go karters yes but with much wilder camshafts and open exhaust systems. My advice is any clone engine user is to maximize your carb before you just throw it in the trash can.

![]() Those 2 motorheads on carsandcameras youtube sure use the clone engines in some inventive ways. What fun they seem to have. P.S. I don't think there is going to be any more carting this years so I racked up 65 hours on Vicki this season. At 22 mph or so average speed that 1400 or so miles. With Suzi around it probably knocks 20 hours or so off of Vicki's season hours. Never put an hour meter on Suzi with no oil to change and maybe it would not survive being out in the weather all the time.

![]() I wonder if they have to work a real job? Do they make enough to survive off the merchandise. I love to play with the toys they have.
